加州的成名樂團幾乎都有著藥物( 毒品 )上癮的問題，
發行這張專輯的時候5FDP也正尋求醫師的幫助。
而這首" I Apologize "似乎也是Ivan L. Moody自己的寫照。
MV中Ivan挖著墳墓，
這是他自己的墓碑，
有出生日期但還沒有刻上卒年。
Ivan坐在新鮮的墳墓上面，
思考著自己的命運。
而在這之後Ivan被唱片公司提告，
單飛、解散的傳聞也不斷傳出。
雖然樂團不斷否認，
但迄今沒有新作品推出，
真的是很可惜啊。
這首歌主要是在說，
每個人的所作所為都將被審判，
無論妳是否主觀或是被動的接受，
即便只是駐足旁觀或不做評論，
對與錯都會在神的天秤上評量一番。
無知並不是脫罪的理由，
神必將妳的抉擇一一審判。
西方深受到聖經的影響，
他們很相信啟示錄裡的審判日( The judgement Day )。
好吧，
我自己是無宗教論者，
比較相信量子科學，
總有一天，
我們能見到客觀世界最深層的真實存在。
