今天要介紹的是BabyMetal的" The One "，
收錄於2016年發行的第二張專輯" METAL RESISTANCE "中。
挾著歐美爆紅的氣勢，
發行不到一周內即破10萬張銷售量，
並登上美國BillBoard全球專輯榜單周第1名，
是近四十年日本人的最高位置。
最終獲得美國金屬樂媒網站" MetalSucks "票選2016年度最佳金屬專輯第1名，
BillBoard全球專輯榜年度第3名。
這首" The One "編曲偏向Symphonic Metal，
主要是根據狐神啟示錄中，
三位成員是全能狐神選中的傳教者，
要為樂迷們打開金屬樂的大門，
讓大家去發掘金屬樂以前的作品。

很久很久以前存在一個金屬之神——狐神，
狐神覺得現在世上的音樂都被偶像壓倒性的強大勢力所主宰，
偶像音樂以外的歌曲，
全被視為有害而被封禁，
金屬樂也被主流霸凌，
所以狐神派了BABYMETAL三人下凡，
背負金屬抗爭的使命，
