無論音樂性到舞步都相當的出色，
收錄在1987年的BAD專輯，
這張專輯同時也有很多不錯的歌，
無論快歌、慢板、抒情都很棒。
關於這首歌，
很多人認為有不同的含意，
比方說Michael曾上過CPR的課程，
副歌裡一直重複的" Annie, are you OK...? "
就是在說CPR裡的那個心肺復甦人偶，
每做一個小段落，
急救者要大喊這句確認患者是否甦醒。
也有人說這是為了紀念被納粹抓進集中營的15歲猶太少女Annie Frank，
她的日記成為了二次大戰期間納粹德國滅絕猶太人的著名見證。
不過製作人是創作一個在公寓裡被一個狡猾的罪犯殺害的名叫安妮的女人，
而這首歌也是Michael共同創作的喔。
當然說起這首歌，
不得不提到他的MV，
30年代芝加哥的黑幫風格，
然後舞步非常特別的月球漫步，
和前傾45度角，
直到現今仍為無數人崇拜模仿。
