今天要來介紹睽違4年，
終於又發行了新專輯的" Foo Fighters "樂團，
Foo Fighters是來自西雅圖的搖滾樂團，
由Nirvana鼓手戴夫·格羅爾於1994年創建。
之前推出了總計七張專輯均獲得Grammy Award提名，
並四次獲得最佳搖滾專輯。

這首" Best of You "則是收錄自2005年發行的第五張專輯" In Your Honor "中，
而這首歌曲其實也在2004年美國總統候選人John Kerry的競選活動中使用，
目前則是被NIVA Emergency Relief Fund籌募活動經費之用。
歌詞中主要談到的是關於擺脫束縛你的東西，
所以也被很多現場活動翻唱，
算是傳唱度挺高的一首歌曲。
旋律方面簡單不複雜，
搭配主唱沙啞嘶吼的喉音表現，
相當有力道。
