這支樂團隨著變型金剛1-2的片尾配樂" What I've Done " 、 " New Divide "在歐美及台灣人氣挺高的，
那就介紹一下好了。

曾有同事和我聊起Linkin Park算不算重金屬樂團呢...??
這個嘛...
個人認為他們勉強可以算是Nu metal，
不能嚴格歸類於搖滾。
主要是他們和商業過於靠攏，
這就和搖滾的精神不大相符了。

選擇介紹這首歌是有原因的。
這首歌最原先其實是Keyboard手Mike Shinoda構想。
他因自己一個朋友的遭遇有感而發，
苦思五年，最後譜出了歌詞。
我想說的是：很多時候狀況就是這樣發生了，
問題就在眼前，
妳卻不知如何是好的無奈和憤怒。
有句俗話是這麼說的：" If you don't like something, change it. "
" If you can't change it, change your attitude. "
也許所有事情無法回到剛開始的狀態，
但唯有主動改變自己，
如同是惡習一般，
不想再次深陷泥淖之中，
只能果斷的割捨，
沒有什麼是不能割捨的。
